Stress Tools

More on how it works

It’s a bit like 'counting to ten' only much more effective. We can count to ten and still think about something else—we can do it on ‘autopilot’. The cognitive tasks within this tool are designed to require enough cognitive focus to resolve as to make it very difficult to continue to think about the stressful event. This creates a much more effective mental break from the stressful event.
