Stress Tools

   Providing interactive stress support when it is needed most

The EOSS contains the following stress reduction tools:  

  1. Switching Off: Mentally transports the individual away from the stressful event for a full sixty seconds.
  2. Happy Place: Presents images that generate a positive emotional response from the user, helping calm the stress response. It also provides a source of self-esteem and confidence.
  3. Relaxation: Provides breathing and relaxation animations with onscreen instructions for the individual to follow. All relaxation techniques can be discretely performed at a workstation.
  4. Mantra: Uses focused meditation to decrease respiration and heart rate, thus helping reduce stress levels.
  5. Examine Your Thinking: Uses principals of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy to target irrational thought processes and to promote personal insight.


       The EOSS contains a support tool: 

  1. Anonymous Feedback: Gives every employee an equal voice to communicate to management the source of their stress or other concern.
