6) Anonymous Feedback tool

Not so much a stress tool but a chance for employees to anonymously state the cause of their stress to management. This feedback tool gives every employee an equal voice in being able to communicate to management, without fear of reprisal, the various sources of occupational stress within the workplace.

The use of sub categorization enables the quick segregation of stress causes into related fields. This anonymous information is collated to form dynamic management reports.
