Abbreviated Terms and Conditions

- All EOSS licences last for a one year duration commencing on the date of on-line licence registration.

- EOSS licences are transferable. However if Emtell is required to provide EOSS training to a new end-user on a transferred licence an associated cost of £50 per head (exc. VAT) will be incurred (training cohort must reach a minimum size of 10 individuals). This cost will not be incurred if the client provides the EOSS training ‘in-house’.

- For every 100 licences procured Emtell will offer one EOSS ‘train the trainer’ course free of charge. This course lasts for approximately one working day and qualifies individuals to administer EOSS training courses.

- Yearly maintenance charges will be invoiced at the start of month four of the one year licence.

- Licence renewal fees will be invoiced at the start of month twelve of the one year licence.

- Concessionary discounts apply to EOSS licence fees only and not to yearly maintenance charges.
