User Categories

EOSS users are grouped into three main categories according to their role within the organization. These three categories are, ‘Authorised Management’, ‘Supervisors’ and ‘Standard Users’. Each category has access to a defined set of EOSS tools. The categories and the EOSS tools they can access are listed below.
